Raveen Rijoh serves as Director of AFIC Logistics, where he is responsible for shaping the company’s strategic direction, driving business development, and leading initiatives that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Prior to assuming his leadership role at AFIC Logistics, Raveen spent over six years in management consulting, partnering with organizations across a wide range of industries to deliver strategic, operational, and sustainability-led transformation programs. This experience has equipped him with a strong foundation in business strategy, process optimization, and organizational development.
He holds a Master’s degree in Energy and Environmental Sciences from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, combining analytical and technical expertise with a global business perspective.
At AFIC Logistics, Raveen is focused on building a future-ready logistics enterprise by leveraging digital innovation, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric solutions. His vision is to strengthen AFIC’s position as a trusted logistics partner in the global market by delivering reliable and efficient supply chain solutions while fostering long-term relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Dr. Xavier Britto, M.Com., B.L., M.B.A., D.Lit., started his career as a Professor in Loyola College, and later on ventured into Logistics business.
He founded Indev a synonym for Indian Development in 1984 with an immediate objective of carrying on clearing and forwarding operations and the long term objective of offering comprehensive cargo handling facilities.
In the year 2016 Indev joined hands with the Kerry Logistics, China to expand its network worldwide. Kerry Indev is one of the leading largest Logistics service providers in India with all the services under one roof such as CHA, Transport, IATA, CFS/ICD/AFS Operations, International Freight Forwarding, 3PL, Free Trade Zone Warehousing & NVOCC operations. Being the first logistics company to receive the AEO status from the Government of India for all the logistics activities, Kerry Indev was issued the first license in the Private Sector to set up Air Freight Station (AFS) near Chennai/India. Kerry Indev received the prestigious first private sector all India award “World Customs Organisation Certificate of Merit” in recognition of Kerry Indev's Commitment and Rendering of Exceptional Service in Logistics.
As a Founder & Chairman of numerous new ventures on Educational Institutions, Hotel & Resorts, Manufacturing Industry, IT Industry & Film Industry in India, Dr.Xavier Britto partnered with Dr. T. Johnson and formed “AFIC Logistics” to expand horizon into overseas logistics ventures.
